Recover a Forgotten Username

When you register for SafeScript, you are given a SafeScript username—for example, example@safescript.vic.gov.au. If you forget your username, you can do one of the following:

• Find your username in the email sent when you completed your registration.
• Recover your forgotten username using the Forgot Username? link.

Recover forgotten username using the link

To recover your SafeScript username:

1. On the SafeScript home page, click Forgot Username?.

   

2. In the Forgot Username popup, enter the email address associated with your SafeScript profile.

   

3. Follow the prompts to confirm that you are not a robot and click OK.

   You will receive an email with your SafeScript username.
