View your Correspondence
If you are a prescriber, you can view and download items of correspondence related to permits, notifications and warrants you’ve received from the Department of Health.

Your correspondence list
From the navigation menu, select Correspondence.
The Correspondence screen is displayed, and shows items of correspondence related to permits, warrants or notifications you've received from the Department of Health.
You can sort and filter the list to narrow it down.
Column | Details |
---|---|
Created Date | The date that the item of correspondence was created. By default, the most recently created items of correspondence are at the top of the list. |
Document Title |
The title of the document.
Click the document title to view the document in a new browser window or tab, where you can download or print it. |
Patient |
Any correspondence sent from the Department of Health that is related to a patient will display the patient name here.
Click the patient's name to view their profile. |
Type |
If the item of correspondence is linked to a permit, warrant or notification, its type is shown here. |
Drugs | If the item of correspondence is linked to a permit, warrant, or notification, the drugs specified are shown here. |
Item |
If the item of correspondence is linked to a permit, warrant or notification, an icon is shown here.
Click the icon to view the item in detail. |
Read |
Shows whether the item of correspondence has been Read or is still Unread. The number in the red circle on the navigation bar indicates the number of unread correspondences from the Department of Health relating to your items.

View and download a correspondence document
Click the title of the item of correspondence in the list to view the associated PDF document.
The document opens in your browser window, where you can download or print it.
Depending on your browser settings, the document may also be automatically downloaded and saved to your default downloads folder.
