View your Correspondence

If you are a prescriber, you can view and download your permit-related items of correspondence received from the Department of Health, and, where relevant, click through to the related permit or patient.

Your correspondence list

From the navigation menu, select Correspondence.

The Correspondence screen is displayed, and shows your items of permit-related correspondence received from the Department of Health.

You can sort and filter the list to narrow it down.

Column Details
Created Date The date that the item of correspondence was created. By default, the most recently updated items of correspondence are at the top of the list.
Document Title

The title of the document.

Patient If the item of correspondence is linked to a permit, this column shows the name of the permit patient. Click the patient's name to view their profile.
Permit Type

If the item of correspondence is linked to a permit or notification, its type is shown here.

Drugs If the item of correspondence is linked to a permit, any drugs specified in the permit are shown here.
Permit

If the item of correspondence is linked to a permit, an icon is shown here. Click to view the permit in detail.

Read Shows whether the item of correspondence has been Read or is still Unread.

Download a correspondence document

Click any item of correspondence in the list to view the associated PDF document.

The document is saved to your default downloads folder. Depending on your browser settings, the document may also open in a new tab. If not, you can navigate to your downloads folder to open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF viewer.
