Search for and Select a Patient

1. With the Name dropdown selected, enter the patient's First Name, Surname, and Date of Birth.



2. Select Search.

   Matching patients are shown in the Patient Search Results.

   Patient Seach Results display the IHI number (if it exists for each patient).

   

3. Click a patient to view their SafeScript profile. For details, see Patient Profile and Medication History

3. Select Search.
